Bengal Partners has signed a deal with DISHA for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a web-based Management Information System and database platform. 

The engagement marks an important step in Bengal Partners' efforts to support organizations through technology led solutions designed to strengthen information management, operational visibility and data driven decision making.

Under the engagement, Bengal Partners will develop and implement a customized Indigenous platform for DISHA, covering key aspects of organizational data management and reporting. The solution will be designed around DISHA's operational requirements, workflows and reporting needs, with a focus on creating a structured digital environment for collecting, processing, managing and analyzing information. 

Enabling a More Connected and Data Driven Operating Environment 

The proposed platform will bring together multiple operational capabilities within a unified digital framework. The scope includes requirements analysis and business process study, system and database design, application development, workflow configuration, role-based access control, user management, dashboards, management reporting and data management. 

The platform will also support data received through various operational channels and provide reporting and analytical capabilities to facilitate improved visibility across activities. Key functionalities include configurable approval workflows, administrative controls, reporting dashboards and export capabilities for management use. 

Bengal Partners will also undertake system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, commissioning, documentation, user training and knowledge transfer as part of the implementation .

The solution is planned to be deployed in a designated cloud, hosting or server environment, with appropriate provisions for data security, backup, recovery and access control.

With organizations increasingly managing large volumes of operational information across multiple locations and functions, effective digital systems have become essential for maintaining data integrity, improving reporting efficiency and enabling timely management decisions. From Implementation to Long-Term Technology Support 

The implementation is structured across defined phases covering requirements finalization and system design, web platform development, cloud infrastructure setup and deployment, UAT and quality assurance, staff training and final system handover.

Following deployment, Bengal Partners will provide a defined post launch support period covering system monitoring, bug fixes, data integrity checks and related technical assistance. The engagement also provides for ongoing maintenance and future system enhancements under mutually agreed terms.
